How Long Does Your Delivery Takes?

Our delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days for small items and 5 – 7 working days for bulky items. In case the item is out of stock, delivery will takes about 10 – 14 days.

What Are The Delivery Charges?

Our delivery charges for small items will be $3.90, item weight more than 5 kg will be $20, item weight more than 15kg will be $40.

Can Help To Dispose My Old Machine?

Yes, we do help to dispose old machine, however there will be extra charges of $100 needed for disposal of bulky items.

Do you accept trade-in?

We only accept trade in for treadmill or massage chair that are in good working condition and was previously purchased from our store.

How Long Is The Warranty?

We offer 2 years warranty for motor and 1 year for parts excluding wear and tear for all of our treadmills.

What If I Need Maintenance/ Repair After Warranty Period? What Are The Charges?

You may contact us through our website, email or phone number to arrange for the maintenance service. Basic charge will be $60. You may visit our Treadmill Maintenance Service page for the list of our maintenance service and charges.

Do You Have Instalment?

We do not provide instalment. However you can use the auto-instalment service provided by all major credit cards.
